
I was able to contact customer service (very difficult to get a hold of) and they determined the photos submitted as proof for smoking definitley did not fit smoking violation criteria and should be reimbursing me the money in a few days (hopefully they follow through with their word). They are pictures of a total of flakes of dust and debris.) After charging me the smoking fee, the owner ignored my messages asking why she did that. (Look at the attached photos to see the \"proof\" they used for smoking. I have never smoked a cigarette in my life. \r\n\r\nThe biggest problem though was getting charged $250 for a smoking fee without any notice. Windshield was impossible to see through.

My rental experience started out by being charged $65 to leave the airport parking lot - a fee the owner did not tell me about ahead of time.
